What things should i do to prepare myself for a boxing match in a month?

I dont know what to do i have access to all boxing equipment at my karate studio. ANY TIPS will help.|||Wussup Rhye? follow these steps playa.

1. Find a good gym and train every day.

2. Work constantly on cardio by running, shadowboxing, jumping rope and riding the bike.

3. Gain power by hitting the heavy bags.

4. Work on timing and quickness with the hand bags and training pads.

5. Build muscle mass with weight training, sit-ups, pull-ups, dips and push-ups.

6. Spar with other boxers in your gym.

7. Get out and do the real thing as often as your trainer and schedule allow.

8. You'll be better then Mayweather in no time.|||You have a big problem one month is not enough time to properly train for your first fight butt this is what I would sugest . Find a good boxing trainer and you should spar at least three times a week with people that are better than you and you should run everyday except the last three days before the fight so your not wore out come fight time .This should get you through the fight if you don,t get knocked out. Keep your hands up all the at all times and don,t stand right in front of him.And don,t fight the guy if he has had more than 3 fights good luck.|||One thing that you might consider is snorting warm salt water. The salt helps to harden the capillaries in the nose, consequently causing less nose bleeds! Another is to work hard on your hitting power. Also your ability to get hit! I used to strap ankle weights on my wrists, and shadow box. It helped to build arm strength, and stamina. Just a few thoughts! Good Luck!!!!|||Dont Listen To These Punks, You Have Time For Training.

Do Reps Of Chin Ups (Gains Power in Punches)

Clap Push Ups (Gains Power in Punches)

Jogg Up %26amp; Down A Hill Repeatedly

Shadow Box With Weights (Light pound)

Tie Strong Arm Behind Back, %26amp; Train Swinging With Weak Arm.

^^^ Might Sound Dumb To You But Beleive Me it Works. I'm a 15 Year Old Boxer %26amp; Has Experienced it. If You Want You can Lift Weights, But it Makes You A Little Slower But You Take Hits Better Though. Drink Lots Of Protien Drinks, And Try To Eat Healthy. You'll Be in Good Shape.

|||my first advice would be to condition as much as you can cause boxing takes so much stamina. To even go 4 rounds unconditioned is a task. Work on timing cause if you punch yourself out in the first round or two your in big trouble. Tired boxers end up on the canvas.|||the most improtant thing is to let your mind know that you cant be defeated and that you are the way better man and you are going yo win this match with ease, dont ever go into a fight with phsycological mentality that its posible for you to lose, you are BETTER|||have sex 1 week prior to the fight, youll be super charged! energetic like a mother f*cker! trust me ; )|||switch to "lite" ciggarrettes|||the best advice any body can give u my friend is to train like u never have before train like you life depends on it like this is ur one big shot to greatness that is the best advice anyone can give you i don't care wat they say
