Boxing...?

If you start of at a junior boxing club and when you get older, how/what do u have to do to turn pro?|||Get a pro license, a pro trainer, a promoter that is willing to put you on some of his cards and then all you have to do is commit your entire life to the sport. Sounds easy doesnt it.|||I 1/2 agree with Frank. I agree if you want to hit the top. But that is not true if you want to do it on the side. Most Boxers are guys who have a real job and Box on the side. It depends on where you are. My advice, is go to a near by club and ask them. They gladly will point you in the right direction. If I knew more about where you were I'd tell you. Look in your phone book, call up a club, and they will tell you everything you need to know or guide you to who does know similar to what I am doing. I will say though, don't do it unless you REALLY want it. Combat hurts. If you can't take real pain, don't do it. It is harder than it looks.|||basically you just have to be good enough and that means winning lots of contests as an amateur.|||just be motivated to box.but if your going to box you really have to be commited to the sport because boxing can be grueling and thats what drives the newbies away.anybody can be good at boxing but you just have to work hard and not give up and eventully you will get good enough and win some fights and maybe someday someone will offer you some sponsors and stuff.and like the people said up top jjust call your local club and they will tell you everything you need to know.they will point you the right way and get you started and along the way dont be afraid to ask them questions.
