Boxing??????

ive been boxing for a while i will do anything please give me some workouts that will make me become a better boxer?????|||-start out with 3 rounds of jumprope, try doing criss cross and all that to improve your footwork.





-then shadow box in front of a full length mirror for 3 rounds, make sure your punches are timed right and work on your stance.





-then do 3 rounds of punching bag, every 15 seconds go all out punching for 10 seconds and do moderate punching for 15 seconds.





-then work on hitting the speed bag for 3 rounds. make sure you hit the right part of the bag and it has to make the same motion each and everytime, this is how you work on your prescision and target.





-after that spar or hit the pads with a trainer for 3 rounds.





-if you feel like it do 3 sets of 25 pushups and situps to finish up.|||I used to practice uppercuts with handheld weights, about 5 pounds on each hand. I dunno if it's bad for the joints, you should consult with someone smarter than me to find out.
