What are the most important parts to condition for boxing?

I was in really good shape when i was boxing then i took some time off. When i started boxing again i found out i lost alot of speed. I think its because my core isnt as strong as it used to be. But anyways whats the most important body parts to condition for boxing??|||A boxer's who body must be in the best condition possible.
