6 ft 270 pound I have past experience in wrestling and aikido (3 months) i want to start boxing wrestling didn't give me wat i wanted im hoping boxing will.
Wat training should i do to prepare me before i go in?|||1 must-have training is cardio exercise for stamina. Running, swimming, and other activities that make you breath hard are great to increase stamina.
#2 body weight exercise for strength. Pushups and pullups/chinups are great to build specific muscles used in punching
#3 body weight excercise for endurance and defense. Since you are a wrestler I assume your neck muscles are strong, neck exercises helps you from getting knocked out. Also since you are a wrestler I assume your abs are strong, situps will help you endure body shots.
