How do I incorporate weight training into my boxing training?
I want to add weight training into my boxing training; I only plan on designating 1 day a week for weight training. I want a complete body workout (upper body, core, legs). What workouts should I do for each section (all workout machines are available to me)? I do not want to use a barbell; I prefer controlled weights, dumbells, and the machines. Serious answers are well appreciated. Thanks|||U can left weight but it must be light and high in reps. Shoulders chest and legs are ok. Don't do bi's or tri's they will slow u down.
